Welcome to TimeNow (the "Service"), a free web application providing live world clocks, timezone conversions, sun data, scheduling tools, and related features.

TimeNow aims to provide accurate time, timezone, and sun information using reliable sources (e.g., IANA timezone database, Open-Meteo API, NTP server sync).
However:
- Time and timezone data depend on external standards and may have rare discrepancies due to political changes, DST rules, or API delays.
- Weather information is provided "as is" from third-party APIs and may contain inaccuracies, delays, or unavailability.
- Sun calculations (sunrise/sunset) are estimates based on location and may vary slightly due to local geography or atmospheric conditions.
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose (e.g., critical travel, legal, medical, or financial decisions).
Use the Service at your own risk. Always verify important times with official sources.
3. No User Accounts or Paid Features (Currently)
TimeNow is completely free and does not require registration or payment. Features like pinned clocks and theme preferences are stored locally in your browser (via localStorage) and are not collected or stored on our servers.
We may introduce optional premium features in the future (e.g., ad-free experience, advanced exports). Any such changes will be clearly described with separate terms.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on TimeNow (design, text, code, logos, city data compilations) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
- You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission (except for fair use or as allowed by law).
- You may link to TimeNow pages (e.g., city pages or meeting planners) provided it is not in a misleading or harmful context.
5. Third-Party Services & Links
TimeNow uses third-party APIs and embeds (e.g., OpenStreetMap for maps). These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies—we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the full agreement between you and us.
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
